Account data: Email address, name, and hashed password when you register.
Passenger details you enter: Names, passport numbers, nationalities — used only to generate your PDF.
Usage data: Number of PDFs generated, timestamps, credit balance. Not linked to passenger details.
Server logs: Standard web server access logs (IP address, request URL, timestamp) for security and debugging.
What we do not collect
Payment information (payments are handled manually via WhatsApp/email)
Location data or device fingerprints
Any data beyond what is needed to provide the Service

Data retention
Generated PDF files are automatically deleted from our servers within 15 minutes of generation. Passenger details entered in forms are not stored after the PDF is generated. Account data is retained as long as your account is active.
Data sharing
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. We use the following third-party services:
Google Fonts: Loads fonts from Google's CDN (subject to Google's privacy policy)
Flight data provider: We query public flight schedule data to find available flights — we do not send your personal details to flight providers
Security
Passwords are hashed with SHA-256 and a unique salt. Sessions use signed cookies. All traffic is encrypted via HTTPS. Generated PDFs are stored temporarily in a secure server directory and deleted automatically.
Your rights
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. We will process your request within 30 days.
Cookies
We use one session cookie (df_user) to keep you logged in. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
